Currency to BB is built into the Winamax client. Look in the top right corner of the table for the BB button.
Table Tamer does not have support for predefined bets or custom bets for Winamax. It will allow you to use the layout functionality in TT and some basic hotkeys. For example, the 1/3rd, 2/3rd,3/4 pot are all buttons that exist on the table so TT can click them. 'Fold is check when possible' does not work. Advanced Actions has issues with certain table sizes.
There is another option for custom bet sizes. You can configure buttons for them in the Winamax client by going to Winamax Options/Game/Bet Configuration. Then, you can click those buttons with hotkeys.
You can use TT's hotkeys, the client's built in hotkeys, or a combination of both. The different configurations have advantages and disadvantages.
1) Using the client's hotkeys will allow you to set a hotkey that will function as Fold and Check, and it will allow you to click the Advanced Action Fold Checkbox. If you are using a stacking layout, TT will not recognize that fold was pressed and the table will not be sent back to the stack.
To turn on client hotkeys, go to Settings/Site Setup/Winamax/Edit Site/General in TT. You will see an option called Disable Hotkeys. Check that box. Then, you can find the client hotkeys in Winamax Options/Game/Keyboard shortcuts.

3) Another possible choice is you can set the same hotkey in TT and Winamax for Fold. In TT, click the button with the picture of a gear to the right of the Fold hotkey and shut off Suppress. You will use TT for betting hotkeys in this scenario. This is probably the best choice, but needs to be tested more. This should allow the tables to be stacked and 'Fold is check' and Advanced Actions will work.
